Acceptance

By using BBI’s scheduling and interview services, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Bourke Business Intelligence, LLC (“BBI”) provides executive interview assessment services, including scheduling, interviews, and (with consent) recording and transcription, on behalf of our clients.

SMS/text messaging

By providing your mobile number for reminders, you consent to receive appointment confirmation and reminder texts from BBI. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse or disrupt the service.

Intellectual property

Assessment methodologies, materials, and deliverables are the property of BBI or its clients.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, BBI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
