Who we are
Bourke Business Intelligence, LLC (“BBI,” “we,” “us”), based in Austin, Texas, conducts executive interview assessments for our clients. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Questions: joel@bourkebizintel.com.
Information we collect
Contact details you provide when scheduling or participating in an interview (name, email, mobile phone number); interview scheduling details; your interview responses and narratives; where you consent, audio recordings and transcripts; and basic technical data (such as device, browser, and IP address) needed to operate our site.
How we use it
To schedule and conduct interviews; to send you appointment confirmations and reminders; to produce anonymized assessment deliverables for our clients; and to operate, secure, and improve our services. Participants may elect anonymity, and client-facing deliverables are anonymized accordingly.
SMS/text messaging
If you provide your mobile number for interview reminders, you consent to receive appointment confirmation and reminder text messages from BBI related to interviews you schedule. Message frequency varies (typically 1–3 messages per scheduled interview). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as calendar, transcription, email and SMS delivery, and hosting providers), bound by confidentiality obligations; with the client for whom an assessment is conducted (in anonymized form per your election); or as required by law. We never sell your personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed for the assessment and our legitimate business and legal purposes, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
You may opt out of texts (reply STOP), decline audio recording, request access to or deletion of your information, or elect anonymity — contact joel@bourkebizintel.com.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
