SMS Opt-In Flow

Reference page for carrier and A2P 10DLC campaign reviewers · Bourke Business Intelligence, LLC

Why this page exists. Our opt-in is collected on a live appointment-booking form. Completing that form books a real 15–30 minute interview with a named client executive and sends calendar invitations, so we cannot ask reviewers to submit it. This page shows the full opt-in flow, screenshot by screenshot, including the exact consent language and the consent checkbox, so it can be reviewed without creating an appointment.
The live form is also open to review. The booking page requires no login or payment, and the SMS consent disclosure is shown on the very first screen, before any date is chosen — so the opt-in language can be read directly on the live page without booking anything. Please do not complete a booking, as that reserves a real interview slot.

The messaging program

Bourke Business Intelligence conducts executive interview assessments on behalf of our clients. Participants schedule their own interview through our web booking form. If they choose to provide a mobile number, we send them appointment confirmation and reminder texts for the interview they booked. This is a low-volume, transactional program. No marketing, promotional, or sales messages are ever sent.

How a participant opts in

Step 1 — The participant opens their booking link and picks a date and time

Screenshot of the live booking form. Each highlighted date opens a list of available times. The SMS consent disclosure is shown at the foot of this first screen, before any date is chosen.

Step 2 — The confirmation screen shows the optional mobile number field and the unchecked consent checkbox

Screenshot of the live confirmation screen. The field labeled “Phone number for interview reminders (optional)” is empty by default, and the consent checkbox beneath it is unchecked by default. The Privacy Policy and Terms links sit alongside the consent language.

The consent language, verbatim

This text appears on the first screen of the booking form, before any date is chosen:

“Booking is free of any obligation to receive text messages. On the next step you may optionally provide a mobile number for interview reminders. By providing a number, you agree to receive appointment confirmation and reminder texts from Bourke Business Intelligence. Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Privacy Policy · Terms”

And this is the label on the consent checkbox itself:

“I agree to receive appointment confirmation and reminder texts from Bourke Business Intelligence at the number above. Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of booking. Privacy Policy · Terms”
